Questions to ask yourself after reading links?

1.Is this proper care at a APS unit trained in caring for people having mental health issues?

2.Could injuring someone in a APS unit cause more harm to person seeking help or others?

3.Could injuring someone twice in a short period of time cause duress and a chain events that doesn't make sense?

4. Is giving someone a head injury and almost breaking patients leg with chronic back pain reckless endangerment of the patient?

5.If patient is a threat to nurse why is she still typing the events as they happen?

6. Is this discrimination of the patient based on what they assume of the patient?

7. If patient was doing anything wrong at any of the listed places why would he complain to the County Attorney office's, Minneapolis Internal Affairs Unit and the F.B.I.?

8.Why are there Conflicting reports at the hospital?

9.Why is not a 72hr emergency hold placed on patient as indicated by Minnesota State law should have been at the time?

10.If hold not placed and harm to self and others occur as indicated occurred within a short period of time from documented event who is responsible?

11. Is it a conflict of interest for Hennepin County Attorney to defend civil case after receiving a complaint about it prior to civil case being filed?

12.Are there more than one red flag in the medical report to indicate other actions should have been done?

13.Are they screening the patient out and if so should they practice this currently because the patient was harmed and others shortly after?

14.Could this be used as a example for learning purposes so it doesn't happen again?

15. In a society where it is claimed mental health care is the cause of serious problems. Such a spree shooters well who is responsible if someone seeks care prior to something serious happens then the system is a failure.

*These are newly discovered documents and the damages caused to the patient were significant and to others were ongoing until July of 2016
