Conflicting reports and story's

Location A
701 Park Avenue MPLS, MN  HCMC  medical record 1496579 restrained and carried out by security in room of HCMC. Which patient was in the right room for services needed at the time.

Location B 701 Park Avenue MPLS,MN HCMC security report: 12022008-079798 Main hallway of HCMC patient is already restrained in location A " Going down the main hallway patient started to tense up trying to pull away placed patient into wall where patients head injury occurred and it was time to leave" we placed patient to the ground put Patient on ground put handcuffs on him and your under arrest for assault and disorderly conduct. This already occurred in location A

Location C 701 Park Avenue MPLS, Mn
Minneapolis Police Report CCN:mp08-369090 Minneapolis Reporting Officer Vannassa Anderson and Assisting Officer Jonathan " was going to be cited for disorderly conduct and relesed" was going to read trespass warning but have 12 page medical record patient tells reporting officer his head is injured and his leg might be broke. Page 1 of HCMC medical report patient informs HCMC R.N.  injured from prior assault having Chronic Back pain. So there are conflicting reports in location A and B and the police report states 3 different reasons Disorderly Conduct Trespass but 12 page medical report typed up Assault when it appears patient is the assault victim. Which HCMC and the Minneapolis Police both Violates Mandatory Minnesota State Law. Hennepin County Attorney Michael Miller 612-348-5488 Defends these illegal actions and law violations in recent civil case.

Discrimination and abuse of others suspected

After reviewing all prior posts and discussing this with patient this is to be suspected to happen before. HCMC medical Center's Mission statement is: "The goal of the Emergency department is to deliver high quality critical, emergency and urgent care. While maintaining a safe, respectful and nondiscriminating environment."
Looking at this case it appears this could have happened before to other vulnerable adults. Based on what they assume of patient. I don't t have resources to research prior police reports at 701 Park Ave. Mpls,MN but after confirming with patient this looked like a procedure that has been used before by HCMC medical center staff based on discrimination. These mentioned reports might confirm this discrimination. This is based on their assumption of patient able to defend themselves legally.

Also this report says prior injury:yes it also says patient is complaining of head injury and leg might be broken. This Confirms Multiple MN State law violations. patient was already injured from prior assault

Page 1 of HCMC medical report MRN# indicates patient was already injured from being thrown down and prior assault. Vicki Connolly is aware patient was having chronic pain.HCMC violates mandatory MN state law in Report. Where apparently the report confirms a second assault on patient. Which would be in violation of MN State statute 626.557 which is abuse of a vulnerable adult. To keep a open mind to their end if it I have researched their defense their is none. Even their defense is in violation of Mandatory MN State law. Feel free to call Michael Miller Hennepin County Attorney 612-348-5488 ask him why he would defend these clear violation of Minnesota State Law

Only the middle of story

The writter of the authentic story has started in the middle.I have never heard of a writter starting in the middle. The story actually starts in St.Paul,MN documented goes to Hennepin County Medical Center Minneapolis,MN documented. Goes to Wright County,MN documented then back to St.Paul Minnesota documented. This is all documented in verifiable legal documents the writter starts in the middle because it affects the rest of the story. It makes full circle very interesting.
