Page 1 of HCMC medical report patient informs HCMC R.N. injured from prior assault having Chronic Back pain. So there are conflicting reports in location A and B and the police report states 3 different reasons Disorderly Conduct Trespass but 12 page medical report typed up Assault when it appears patient is the assault victim. Which HCMC and the Minneapolis Police both Violates Mandatory Minnesota State Law.
