Security reports conflicting storys with medical report!!

In this record it states that the patient is taken to the ground against Minnesota state law and no consideration for patients existing injury with chronic back pain. The prior page of H.C.M.C medical report stating patient is cooperative and the A.P.S nurse is still typing while this is occurring?

Page 1 of H.C.M.C security report number:12022008-079798 Wrote by Robert Schoffstal and conducted with responding partner Officer Brinkhaus approved by manager on duty Cole B Michael. In this report we have conflicting reports and locations of what is in the Nurses report above. Classified as a EJECT ONE on page 2 of procedure to remove person from building. responding office on this page apparently has someone charging towards him and has time to stand there and place his gloves on?

Patient is already taken to the ground and carried out on the prior 2 pages. Patient is taken down the hall and patient is placed into the wall where he occurred his head injury reported on police report. If patient is already restrained then a restraint that already occurred causing a head injury to a injured patient is a violation of the state law of abuse of a vulnerable adult by a caregiver and assault laws.

As a personal opinion I believe this same EJECT ONE procedure has been conducted to other vulnerable adults by the same medical professional  who take a oath to care for injured people not create more which these reports don't make since in their own writing because it is probably part of the EJECT ONE to try to make it look like something is happen but if read carefully they are lies and the patient just didn't move when they told him to. If you read there report they are carrying him out of one room in a hallway instructing him its time to go?

In the above Minneapolis police report it states the patient had a head injury consistent with patients story and his leg might be broke. This all occurred while medical staff was aware he was already injured with a spine injury. This is putting the patients life at risk by injuring the body above and below the existing injury.

1. Patient offered a trespass warning but was admitted to ER room and told to wait by nurse?

2. Police give patient a disorderly conduct ticket not a assault charge?

3. Everything besides the patient voluntarily went there seeking mental health care and was admitted?

5. If person is a threat to others at a mental health department inside H.C.M.C. a emergency hold must be placed on patient to prevent more serious problems from happening. So the staff's self defense theory by hospital staff is void!

6. Injuring patients head seems like the worst possible action for hospital staff to conduct when someone is seeking mental health care?

7. Security guards have no special power outside of a private citizen to assault other citizens they are not police officers and only given power to safety restrain people until police arrive if they are actually violating the law.

Why would the Hennepin county attorneys office defend this action they should be criminally prosecuting all three professional's involved in this.
