This can be confirmed by the patient was at the St. Paul police station prior to this hospital visit. But most important it is very clear the nurse Vicki L Connolly R.N. H.C.M.C employee is obviously aware the patient is injured and having other issues at the time of the visit. Besides being injured by what sounds like police brutality, the patient hasn't had his meds since being injured by the St. Paul, MN police and is there voluntarily asking for assistance.
