Conflict of interest for Hennepin County Attorney Michael Miller
Initially all the reports were supplied to Minneapolis Internal Affairs office, Then Hennepin County Attorneys office. This was all in a attempt prior to civil proceedings. In a attempt to resolve the issue but with the Hennepin County Attorney's office and the Minneapolis Internal Affairs unit having prior viewed and received these documents and complaint this brings up a conflict of interest since Hennepin County Attorney's office Defends Hennepin County Medical Center Michael Miller or any Hennepin County Attorney should not be allowed to defend the case. Also would bring up a conflict of interest on prior complaints prior to civil case for them to ignore them.

H.C.M.C. complete report and Minneapolis police reports.
page 4 of the minneapolis police report
This is the most alarming part of this report on page 2 of H.C.M.C. medical report the patient is complaining to H.C.M.C R.N. Vicki Connolly that he is having chronic back pain in this report it states his leg might be broke and he is complaining of a head injury which could have only happened when security staff placed his head into the wall as state in there report. Which the staff at H.C.M.C. medical center obviously took no prevent care for the back injury at all and had total disregard for the patients life by injuring the part above and below the injury of the back. The H.C.M.C. staff and the Minneapolis police department have both disregard for the mandatory Minnesota State Law 72hr emergency hold law. This sort of behavior is defended by Hennepin County attorney Michael Miller feel free to call him and ask why this sort of behavior is acceptable at any place especially a medical center where they are trained to deal with this sort of problem not screen them out and carry them out.Public official Michael Millers PH#612-348-5488

This is a certified copy and public information of Minneapolis police report dated march 18 2011 which is the date of discovery for the patient. which on this report the patient has not left the location of the hospital address of 701 Park avenue S.Minneapolis 55415. They have three different reasons listed above 1. Assault which never occurred according to there own report the patient never made contact.. 2 Disorderly Conduct which isn't true if a patient is acting this way the police should never have been called in the first place again Mandatory Minnesota State law 72 emergency hold and especially if this is occurring at a medical facility like H.C.M.C. medical centers APS unit. 3. Trespassing the patient arrived at 3:52A.M. the police arrived at 7:19 this must be the longest trespasser I have ever heard of and just why is there a medical report. It took the responding Minneapolis police officers listed in the report 4 minute's to arrive there.
Page 5 of H.C.M.C medical report
This is the most alarming of the report they are aware the patient is having chronic back pain is asking for assistance and instead of giving him the services he may have needed at the time of the report. The H.C.M.C medical center discharge summary states "Carried out by security, threatening aggressive and assaultive. Which brings up the mandatory Minnesota state law emergency 72hr hold law. which it clear to me when I read anyone of these pages that the law should have being followed.
